Waterproof Mascara is great right? Wrong! Find out what it is really doing to your lashes!

This first tip is for you ladies who wear mascara. You’re probably wondering, what’s the difference between waterproof mascara and regular non-waterproof mascara? The main difference that I am worried about is, that the chemicals that cause your mascara to be waterproof also dry out your lashes. When your lashes are super dry it can cause them to fall out.

In order to remove them, You have to tug and be kind of rough with your lashes and use oil based cleaners that can clog up your tear glands. Not removing your mascara can cause your lashes to dry out and break. If you don't remove it completely, it can cause an eye infection.

The only time I’ll say it’s OK to wear a waterproof mascara is if you’re gonna be photographed, like if you’re getting married, or you’re going to be in a photoshoot or if you’re gonna watch Titanic with a large group of people that you don’t want to judge you!
